Back to Basics - Meditation Class for Grounding, Centring and Deep Relaxation.
This class is more than a meditation, it is a ritual, a routine and a ceremony.
Do you have a busy brain? Always over thinking? Difficult in slowing down and connecting to your body?
Feeling of uncertainty, chaos and confusion? Not sure what’s about to happen and what comes next?
During times of uncertainty and with a busy brain it can be very helpful to return to a basic meditation practice.
This simple, easy to follow, clear communication and Jaimee’s soft tone of voice can guide you towards:
- Calm
- Grounded
- Connected to your physical body
- Rested and ready for a good night sleep.
We would love to see you there and to share the physical space with heart opening connection.
Sessions run through school holidays.

DETAILS:
Parking: Macpherson St, Princes Hill - beside the cemetery. Between Armold St and Wilson St.
Directions: Walk up Bagung Lane - there is a sign towards the Community Centre. Once you get to the building, walk around the corner and keep up to level 1.
What to bring: Recommended to bring a yoga mat and a pillow. Some yoga mats will be available.
