Weekly Meditation Class

Princes Hill Community Centre

6.30pm Tuesdays - begin 17th Feb.


This class is more than a meditation, it is a ritual, a routine and a ceremony. In addition to practicing to quieten the mind, you will also have the opportunity to reset your energy, call back your power, release the worries of the week, honour your gifts and your wins and importantly give thanks to your many blessings.

Join me for an evening of connection.

Parking: Macpherson St, Princes Hill - beside the cemetery. Between Armold St and Wilson St.

Directions: Walk up Bagung Lane - there is a sign towards the Community Centre. Once you get to the building, walk around the corner and keep up to level 1.

What to bring: Recommended to bring a yoga mat and a pillow. Some yoga mats will be available.
